Processing and Shipping Information

During the summer, we still ship our whoopie pies but they may be melty when arrive.  They are still completely safe to eat.  If you prefer a firmer texture, you can put them in the fridge to firm up or put in the freezer. 

If you place your order and they arrive melted, we will not reship or refund for melted whoopie pies.  We do not ship with ice packs or dry ice because it would double the cost of the whoopie pies and shipping.  Since they are still safe to eat when melted, we do not want increased costs to our customers.

Order received after 7 a.m. on Wednesday, will not be processed and shipped until the following week.

 We cannot schedule weekend or Monday deliveries.
