Wicked Whoopies Customer Service may be reached at customerservice@wickedwhoopies.com or by calling 207-582-0125. Customer Service is closed Friday through Sunday.  If you contact us during that time, we will respond to you as soon as possible Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST. 

It is best to reach out to us via email.  It will take longer to get a call back as we are extremely short staffed.

We are closed on all major holidays.  We may also be closed due to weather. 

If you live in a warm location and your whoopie pies arrive melted or feel warm to touch, they are perfectly safe (and still very yummy) to eat.  

If you are in Maine, please visit us at our Freeport shop located at 100 Main Street.  Open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.  If you are interested in ordering for in-shop pickup, please call the store at 207-865-3100.

Gift Messages and Requested Delivery Date

If you would like to add a gift message or request a delivery date, click on your shopping cart to view items.  In the shopping cart, you will see a blank box where you can type your information.  We reserve the right not to write in cards any words we feel are inappropriate, harassing, or discriminatory.
